ABOUT OUR CLUB
About Be Well – Give Back Club
Be Well – Give Back Club was created by a collective of local women-led businesses who came together around a shared belief: that wellbeing should feel accessible, practical, and connected to something bigger than ourselves.
Each founder is deeply passionate about her own well-being and about helping others feel well-informed and supported in everyday life. The group also expressed a desire to use their skills and experience to give back locally, leading to the creation of the Be Well – Give Back Club, a purpose-led well-being initiative.
Hosted at Holcombe Health Clinic in Rochester, the club is a monthly well-being gathering designed to educate, empower, and connect. Each session combines expert-led, evidence-led wellbeing education with hands-on experiences delivered by trusted specialists. Topics vary each month and may include skincare, holistic therapies, coaching, and reducing toxic load, always approached with balance and practicality rather than trends or extremes.
Community is central to the club. Sessions are intentionally welcoming and inclusive, creating space for conversation, connection, and a sense of belonging. Whether attendees come alone or with others, the atmosphere is calm, supportive, and grounded.
What makes Be Well – Give Back Club unique is its purpose. All profits from the club are donated to Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC, a local social enterprise that provides practical, personal, and professional support to business owners affected by cancer. By attending, participants invest in their own well-being while helping someone else navigate cancer with greater stability and care. This is where wellbeing meets purpose.
Be Well – Give Back Club is delivered by a team of women who collaborate, each bringing her own expertise and a shared commitment to community, education, and giving back. Together, they have created a space that feels thoughtful, real, and meaningful. This is well-being with heart, grounded in local connection and impact.
Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC exclusively supports business owners across Kent and Medway who are navigating cancer while running their businesses.
Without HR, sick pay, or a safety net, many business owners are left to manage both their health and livelihood alone. Evidence shows that around 55% of small businesses close following a cancer diagnosis, not through lack of ability, but through lack of the right support at the right time.
One of our founding specialists, Adelle Martin, is also a Co-Founder of Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC and brings lived experience of running a business through her own cancer journey.
By supporting this charity, we help ensure Kent Business Owners facing cancer are not forced to choose between their health and their income - this is where wellbeing meets purpose.
