Adelle Martin

Adelle Martin is an award-winning Executive Resilience Coach, speaker, author, podcast host, women’s health campaigner, and fitness professional. She is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC, a social enterprise supporting business owners navigating cancer.

Adelle’s work is rooted in lived experience. After experiencing early menopause and almost losing her 22-year city career, she rebuilt her life by focusing on resilience, not as something you either have or don’t have, but as something you build daily. Living through early menopause, myeloma, and melanoma has strengthened her belief that wellbeing is not about perfection, but about consistent, practical habits that support both body and mind.

She is the creator of the StrongHER Resilience Framework™, a practical system that helps women build physical and mental strength through everyday actions. Her approach is grounded, evidence-led, and focused on helping women stay informed, empowered, and in control of their health and confidence.

Through the Be Well – Give Back Club, Adelle brings her passion for accessible, balanced well-being to a welcoming community space, where education meets connection and knowledge is shared without extremes or trends.

Amy Jones

Amy has been involved in community charity work for over 20 years and is passionate about supporting causes that empower women and children through health and education. She strongly believes in the power of women coming together to create positive change, which made becoming part of Be Well – Give Back an easy yes!

Following her own experience with skin health challenges five years ago, Amy developed a strong interest in ingredient awareness and the role education plays in supporting wellbeing. She is passionate about helping to raise awareness around issues that disproportionately affect women and teenage girls, encouraging informed and confident choices.

Amy believes the club will provide a warm, supportive space where women feel welcome to connect, learn, and take time for themselves, while also coming together to support the important work of our chosen charity Stronger Together.

Gemma Spackman

Gemma’s journey into well-being began with her first career as a trained nanny, where she developed a deep love of caring for others. When she became a mother herself, that passion evolved, leading her to retrain as a massage therapist while raising her two children.

As her children grew, so did her skill set. Gemma continued to expand her qualifications, adding specialist training in reflexology, Indian head massage, pregnancy massage, and children’s self-care sessions and craft parties. Today, she works from her beautiful garden cabin, a calm, welcoming space where she delivers treatments she truly believes in and loves providing.

Gemma is passionate about making well-being accessible and practical. She believes looking after our bodies and emotional well-being is not a luxury, but something everyone deserves access to. Her approach is nurturing, inclusive, and focused on helping people feel supported in everyday life.

Through Be Well – Give Back Club, Gemma brings hands-on experience, warmth, and a genuine commitment to helping others feel well, inside and out.
