Be Well – Give Back Club

“where well-being meets purpose”

Our Be Well – Give Back Club is a purpose-led wellbeing initiative created by a group of local women-led businesses who came together through a shared passion for well-being and a desire to give back. Each session combines expert-led education and hands-on experience with a strong sense of community, with all profits donated to Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC.

Hosted at Holcombe Health Clinic in Rochester, Kent, our Be Well - Give Back Club is a monthly well-being meet-up designed to educate, empower, and give back.

These Friday morning sessions offer a calm, welcoming space to learn, connect, and support your health from the inside out.

Each month focuses on a different well-being topic, from skincare and holistic therapies to reducing toxic load and supporting everyday resilience. The session is delivered through an educational, evidence-led approach grounded in real-life, real-bodies, and real balance.

Your ticket includes light refreshments, conversation, connection, an expert-led topic each month, and a host-donated wellbeing raffle.

Our Club directly supports Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC, helping Kent Business Owners navigate cancer while running their businesses. So by attending, you invest in your own well-being while supporting someone else navigating cancer. This is where well-being meets purpose.

Tickets £5, all profits donated to Stronger Together Through Cancer.

March Meeting

Our March meeting is our second meeting focused on Toxic Overload.

Friday 27th March, 10 to 12
Holcombe Health Clinic in Rochester

Together, we’ll unpack toxic overload: the invisible build-up of stressors in our environment, routines, and everyday products that quietly drain our energy, health, and resilience over time. We’ll explore what toxic overload is, why it matters, and why women are particularly impacted as they juggle work, business, family, and life.

Most importantly, this session is about ownership, understanding what we’re exposed to and how small, intentional changes can reduce overload, restore energy, and create more sustainable wellbeing.

So join us where wellbeing meets purpose — learn something new, feel better, and give back.

Tickets £5, all profits donated to Stronger Together Through Cancer CIC.
